That is normally true, yes. But I wish to better understand what's happening here. Perhaps I can then offer some insight so that [a beat] no more unfortunate accidents occur.
His communication skills may have been somewhat lacking at times [an exceedingly kind way to put it], but I don't believe he was a danger to anyone. Of course, I couldn't say who was responsible instead.
The voices I refer to are those in the broadcasts yesterday morning and the week before. They're distinct from the directors, but don't belong to anyone I know.
Not much, I'm afraid. Although if the voices are indeed familiar to some of those here, it would align with what the directors said about those who arrived here bringing whatever's happening into being. Somehow connecting to their memories and experiences. Such planets and places do exist.
Aside from that, my conversations with the directors have only revealed that they've apparently inhabited this place for a long time without incident. And that they know little of what's beyond these grounds. It reminded me quite a lot of location-specific software and virtual programmes that can automatically operate large facilities, come to think of it.
My apologies, sir. Mostly thinking out loud, but the directors' appearance and behaviour is not unlike artificial constructions such as myself, except attached to this one specific place.
Such programs can be changed, overridden. Granted you know where they're being controlled from, of course.
Oh, I could certainly attempt to access whatever data may be stored on it, sir! It could prove useful in putting an end to this nightmarish scenario we've been forced into.
[He looks around the room]
Even if everyone does return as they did on the island, I can't imagine the experience of death is particularly enjoyable. Poor Master Ogata...oh dear...

It matches how many of there of us here despite them telling us that they weren't that prepared for us.
[ ... ]
I'm surprised that you would come here.

he's honestly surprised because of a number of reasons, but he's not going to shoo the robot away. ]
I wonder if today could be considered an accident.

The situation overall is certainly orchestrated by someone—or some group given the number of voices—much like it was on the island.
In either case, it's a terrible shame that the blame fell to Superior Private Ogata.

[ hewwo? is he just referring to the general consensus of the masses? ]
...but yes, we might not have gotten along but he shouldn't die for someone else's crime.

yeah...those voices. is it a good thing all things considered? ]
They're familiar to some people from the other places. [ hm. ] Have you found out any information since being here?

In the cabin that was burnt down—we found a surveillance room with a laptop inside.
The laptop is broken, but do you think you could still access the information that is inside of it?
[ giyuu, again, doesn't understand the technicalities of technology but maybe the robot man can do something with the laptop?? ]
